I'm a fan (and you should be too) because they are very talented men with an amazing chemistry, and just seem like awesome people! I've made and strengthened a lot of friendships because of them, and every guy, song and video has so many memories attached for me . The Backstreet Boys to me are far more than a group of guys and a bunch of songs, but they represent a period of my life.

After about 9 or 10 years of being a fan, I finally got to meet them at the Unbreakable CD signing at the Virgin Megastore in NYC. Sleeping on the streets of Times Square was a small price to pay, but they are so appreciative of their fans, and even sent us bags of McDonalds in the middle of the night because they had apparently driven by a few times earlier and seen us all waiting out in the cold.

How can you not love them??
