The first time I heard 'We've got it goin on' ... I was sold.
I loved their voices and the tune of the song. I searched the music channels for their video and everytime I saw it ... it made me feel so happy.
Over the years, the music of the BSB kept growing. So did I. Most of my teenage years I spent listening to their music.
Then, in 1999, my worst nightmare came true. My grandfather died. I had an amazing connection with him. We got along great and he was my best friend in he world. When I heard about his death my world fell apart. I still remember it like yesterday. Monday morning, sitting at the kitchen table, having breakfast, getting ready for school. The second the phone rang I just knew it.
At that time the album 'Millennium' was the latest album by the BSB. On this album you could find the song 'Show me the meaning of being lonely'. This may sound weird, but that song helped me to accept the death of my grandfather. It gave me strength and courage. It basicly made sure I got through this hard time.
Even though I have never met the boys, I will forever be gratefull for their part in helping me through a hard time. I for one believe that I would be a totally different person if it wasn't for that song.
Even now, hearing a BSB song on the radio makes me cheer up and feel extremely happy.
I was a fan from the beginning and I will stay a fan untill the end!!
