Saw BSB in Belfast last monday. To be honest I never really wanted to go but i bought my sister tickets for her bday and had to go. But the butterflies i got and the excitment was unbelievable, I couldn't believe how good it was. I felt like I was a young teenager again, i felt like i got my youth back for a few hours. I have to say I am a renewed fan.
All the solos were amazin!!!!
And for george he was brilliant, can see him in the top ten every soon, wat a dancer!!!
The concert was amzing easily the best concert i've been too!!! Thank you so much for coming to belfast for the first time we love you all some much!!
You were all amazing solo and together especially AJ and Nick!!! Howie and Brian where great too, Brian had my mate in tears. The whole night was great completely lost my voice screaming.
Also hats off to George who was the backup artist he was fantastic wat a dancer!!!
Saw my boys for the first time in concert last night and I had a fanastic night, from the opening with 'Larger Than Life' in the boxing ring to the end of the confetti with Aj and Nick going throight the crowd during 'Shape of my Heart', the boys definitly entertained. Unlike most pop acts who try to hide their 'vocals' behind a stage of dancers and blinding lights, the set up was kept simple, just the boys on the stage with the band. They proved that you don't need a stage full of props to please the audience. They put their everything into every single song and they looked as they were having a great time up there with each other too with thestuff people were throwing on stage, which just added to the excitment of it all. My biggest surprise was how good they actually sing live, especially Nick! He was awesome during his drum solo! And they all looked so freakin hot. I loved how they mixed up old songs behind their origional videos and how different they look now. My biggest critiscism is that sometimes their dance routines are a bit ridiculous but it doesn't take away from how brilliant they were and how much I enjoyed the show. hopefully it won't be too long before they are back in Ireland again.
I cant wait 2 finally c the backstreet boys in the flesh.A dream come true. So excited i cant wait til 12th may 2 c them live in Belfast. Got my tickets 2day, its all real im going 2 c the backstreet boys lol. Cant wait but it will b worth it.
FINALLY, I will be able to watch this boy band (in 3 months from now) after so many years of listening to their music. When I was in the Philippines, I have a collection of their albums but I dont have the chance to be on their concert tours.
Backstreet Boys is one of the boy bands that I like most, aside from Michael Learns to Rock, Fra Lippo Lippi, Westlife, and Blue. It is funny because when I started my own workout in my university's fitness suite three weeks ago, the music that always play in my iPod nano is the last album they recorded.
The boy band is set to have a concert on May 12, at the Odyssey Arena, Belfast. My friends were lucky to have good seats 17 rows from the stage for £33 or US$70.
By the way, the band has four boys now from the original 5 members, namely: Howie, Brian, AJ, Nick and Kevin (is out).
This is the link for the band's concert tours dates worldwide. Unluckily, they are not going to Manila but if you have time to travel to Hongkong, Indonesia or even Australia go for it!
The concert venues are mostly concentrated in the US and the European countries, including some part in Asia like Hongkong, Indonesia and Australia. Manila (Philippines) is always deprive of having international artists/performers due to its geographic location, away from the rest of Southeast Asian nations. I believe that Filipinos are concert-goers and I think Backstreet Boys will enjoy their presence compare to some of the European countries.
I was also surprised to find out that they have only one night performance in Belfast (Northern Ireland) and not even visiting Dublin (Republic of Ireland) which I think an excellent venue to have them as well. Well on the brighter side, the ticket price is alright compare to Kylie Minogue concert in June for £55.
Looking forward to enjoying their one-night gig in Belfast! Im also hoping that they will also start on-time and not to wait for almost 2 hours for them to come-out as I experienced during Enrique Iglesias' concert in Nov 2007.
Please boys, you are missing something on your tour: WE, the Argentinian's fans (the #1 fans in this world)!!!!!! Please, please, please, really need you to come here, we miss you very much!
