I'm a fan (and you should be too) because...the boys had been a part of my growing up years despite the distance that the Backstreet Boys has in the Philippines. And despite missing the chances of seeing them when they visited my country, it had never been a hindrance for me to continue on being an avid follower of their good music. Speaking of such, the Backstreet Boys music had inspired me to be the writer that I am now today for the lyrics of most of their songs had been my guide to compose not only a poem but a short story as well.

I believe that despite the distance, I've grown up with the boys. And still, I would love to grow with them just as many of their fans around the world would love to do. As long as there is Backstreet Boys, I know there would always be someone like me in this part of the world who would love them and the music that they make.
