I've been a huge fan since I was little, I have grown up listening to the boys , a HUGE inspiration in my life - I am so happy to see that the guys support our troops my husband is active in the United States Air Force , life is very hard for us right now he is constantly being deployed and being away from him months at a time is hard , so I am a huge supporter of all the troops and I am SO happy that the backstreet boys are too!

I've been reading through some of these comments and most, not all, have no idea what is really going on. I am PROUDLY serving my country in the USAF and appreciate anyone who publicy supports the troops. I have been to war this past year and it is no picnic. When you are out there in the s***, seeing things that no one should ever see and defending freedom (which includes your right to free speech on this website) it is comforting to know that people, even celebs, are thinking of you. There is no draft so no one is picked to join. We are a volunteer service and we raise our right hand and take an oath to obey the officers appointed above us and defend the constitution. Not everyone in the service agrees with the war.....but is is our DUTY to do the best job we can.
I want to thank those who appreciate what the BSB are doing and encourage others to think about what they say before they type. It's hard enough to deploy and have kids give you the middle finger and think that today might be your last day to live. The last thing we need is to hear the people we love and defend don't care about us or support us. We, and I, love America and believe me, it is the best place to live so lets not piss on the ones who keep it that way. T Jackson USAF

I do support soldiers my way. My friend is in the army right now but he was picked. He could do nothing against it. It´s his duty. Lots of soldiers are out there like him, far away from their loved ones. I keep them in my prayers. Too many persons have died already. So , please come home.

I thought that this was very good of them. Our troops need all the support they can get. I have family members that have been to Iraq and back a few times. Thankfully they have been returned home safely each time. Two of them were even able to retire and focus on their family. My family and I are very happy to have them home and safe. I pray that all of our troops have a safe and Merry Christmas.

I think its brilliant that the guys are support the troops out in Iraq, As british serving soldier myslef who is due to be deployed next year, its nice to know that i have the good wishes of my favourite group behind me.
I see no point whatsoever in the USA being in Iraq. The time for helping the locals to survive everyday life and build a governance there is over; it´s time they take their control of their own life.
I´m disappointed that The Backstreet Boys are with something like this. I understand the troops, the men and women fighting and securing, are not to blame and are, mostly I think, good people. It´s about the US´s leaders whose main purpose is to take over the world. That´s been seen too many times now.
No bad word about the Americans said here; only the few in charge. So no need to get steamed up about this.
My brother in law is in the army in germany and half of his troops have gone now, to fight i hope they have a nice xmas even they cant be home with their familys
As a miltary spouse, and a BIG backstreet fan, it really meant a lot to hear their message to the troops. My husband was in Iraq when Never Gone was released and Weird World was my favorite song, I was so sad that he was gone, especially when I saw other couples together. God Bless the troops that are away from friends and their families this holiday season!!! God Bless the Backstreet Boys
