I wanted to let everyone know to go to the website that they have for the ringtones. In search type in Backstreet Boys, then follow the directions. Once you download the ringtone, store it then make it as your ringtone and there you go... I got HWSS, Love the song and the ringtone..

...cuz it's 1 of my favs off the album! *writes down info for HWSS* I'm glad it's available to Verizone customers-YAY!! But, considering the problems that people have had w/ this, maybe it's best I stick to trying to find it where I usually get my ringtones (I think it's called VZW tones or something-can't remember rite now!)

I tried to download Panic, but when the tranfer finished, said the file it's broken and it's imposible to save in my cell.

I really BADLY need to know whether the ringtones are available for all over the world, or just in the USA?? Someone please tell me, because I really, really want to get the ringtones but I'm from Bulgaria..and I think that's the problem. So, if somebody got any of the ringtones - please write to me and tell me what it's all about..

8/24/07 - Met Nick & Howie!

Ok for some reason, when I download the ringtone, it gets saved into a file that will not let you use it as a ringtone. It says it's copyrighted material. I have even spent an hour or so on the phone with my provider with them downloading the tone themselves and having the same problem. This needs to be looked in to and corrected so it can actually be used as a ringtone. If anyone else has had success with ths, please share with me on what to do and what I'm doing wrong. Thanks

Ok so the problem seems that since it can only be saved on my brand of phone as a "My Sounds" file and not as a "save as" file, I can't use these. How sad since I so love HWSS....hopefully I can be refunded and maybe the company offering these ringtones will look into letting the ringtones being sent and saved in a different way. Thanks all to listening to me vent.
