My teenage daughter and her friends bought tickets for the July 30 concert the morning tickets went on sale. When they received the tickets by courier, one of the girls mom put them away until the night of the concert. On July 30, these 4 girls went to Mile One to see the BSB and they were told their tickets were no good because they were for the July 20 concert. When they bought the tickets, there was no concert for July 29, it was announced the next day. These girls had to buy new tickets to the concert in order to see them. Instead of paying $50.00 to see them it cost them an extra $70.00 to buy tickets that mysteriously became available to a "sold out concert" They ticket seller was unsure where all these tickets came from. Apparantly there were other people at the concert center who had also bought tickets to the July 30 concert only to get there and find out their tickets were no good. The woman who bought the tickets both times is trying to get the girls money refunded but is being given a run around. Ticket master says Mile One is responsible and Mile One says Ticket Master is responsible. I think it is outrageous that it cost these girls $129.00 to see a concert that should have only cost them $50.00. I would like to see something done about it and if anyone out there has had the same problem, please don't stop trying to have something done.
