This album had a lot to live up to after Millenium, but, as ever, it rose to the occasion and is my favourite album. I love the mixture of upbeat songs and slower songs and ballads and I love every song on it, which is unusual for me. I especially love "Get Another Boyfriend" and "Everyone" and "How Did I Fall in Love with You" is a perfect ballad to round the album off. I love it!

BLACK & BLUE.. WELL.. i think that black&blue is the most beautiful album of the backstreet boys!

actually i like the 7 albums but Black & Blue have a lot of songs that i lovee...

Black and Blue album i liked it, not as much as the previous but this one was more mature than all their previous material, the one i just faaaaall for it, totally adore it is "How did I fall in love with you?" I mean.....you gotta have a heart made of stone for not to cry with that one. Come on!!! so romantic, and More than That also, love it!....well, all their songs, OBVIOUSLY. They're THE best.

My favorite album 'til now, with a R&B sound. Too great !

Doesn't Beat 'Millennium' but maintains the same promise as all of them. Still a great work and I particualrly approved the collabos with Babyface and Rodney Jerkins. It was worth it.

Writing the reviews of the cds has me going back to my cds and listening to them again now after a while of not,its such a nice refreshing change,and despit it being 6years old i still get the same feelings as i did the first time i ever heard the album... there isn't a single song i'd skip on this cd... in fact i doubt there is on any cd, but i love this album, it has such varied styles of music, its great for any mood!

YAY! Black & Blue!!! Or, "The funky album" as I like to call it, hehe. I love how it's just SO much different than their other albums! It has such unique music and just- wow! It's clearly amazing! (as are all of their albums). But yeah, this one's funky-cool!

Black & Blue is a great album! It's an interesting one for me because it seems like most of the tracks, I either love or "hate" (which, for a Bsb song, just means I only like it instead of love it ). My favorite tracks are Answer to Our Life and How Did I Fall in Love With You, followed by The Call, Get Another Boyfriend, Everyone, More Than That, and Shape of My Heart.

After the pop perfection that "Millennium" was, it was nearly impossible to follow that with new material and with the same mass appeal!!! "Black&Blue" rises to the occasion: there's nothing wrong with the album musically. It is well crafted, performed and produced. Just that it didn't came out at the right time: i think it was to soon! The guys were at the end of their strength both physically and emotionally! So the only problem as i see is that it came out to early. They (label, management, band) could've wait 'till the fans, non fans and the music biz gets hungry again...They could've rest for awhile, recharge their batteries just like before "Never Gone". It would've been the perfect setup for the follow up album to the ultimate pop perfection that "Millennium" was.

I love this album and I love how the promo for this album was done. What other band in the world can say that they did an "around the world in 100 hours" promo tour?! The music always makes me smile and it's amazing material to see live!

"Black&Blue" is my least favourite album... I like it but as a successor of "Millennium" it has to be better and it also makes me remind the time that I read in all magazines that the group would finish :S soo... there's my reasons
