I live in a small town and our economy is based on a copper company. Most of the citizens work at this company and the rest depend on it. What if the workers go on a strike? Yes, they have the right to fight for their benefits, but what if the strike has lasted 9 months? Can you imagine? 9 months without a job! The company has lost millions of dollars and it will continue this way, you know why? Just because the "workers" don't want to work. We've sent letters to the local president, to the state goberner, to the President of Mexico, but they all say the same, if people don't want to work then there's no solution. Why don't they want to work? Their families are the ones who get hurt. Today, the company decided to close. That means my dad is going to lose his job, that means their is no money, which means their is no concert. No concert means tears, tears mean broken dreams. Broken dreams just because someone doesn't want to work. What am I supposed to do? I would kill them if I could.
